Warranty
IC Alchemy modules are backed by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.(Proof of purchase/invoice required) This warranty is limited to defects in manufacturing and does not encompass any issues that arise due to improper handling, storage, incorrect power supply, exposure to over voltage, or any modifications made to the module.If a module is approved for warranty service, it may be subject to a refund, replacement, or repair at IC Alchemy's discretion. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the module back to IC Alchemy for warranty service.Please contact tech@icalchemy.com with any inquiries, Return to Manufacturer Authorization, or any feedback to share.
Shipping
We provide free USPS Priority Shipping for all orders shipped within the United States. We try and get all orders in the mail within 2 business days or sooner. If you need your order even faster than our standard 3-5 business day shipping timeline, we offer express shipping for a fee. You will be able to see the cost of shipping during checkout - simply choose the option that best meets your needs. The only information that IC Alchemy stores about you is what is need to fulfill you order, which includes your name and address. We do not track you with cookies or google analytics, but the company that hosts our website Wix.com does use a few cookies. We tried to set up a website that had zero tracking but sadly in 2024 you can't accept payments with cookies it seems. If anyone reading this knows something we do not, please reach out to us at info@icalchemy.com Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
